Super Easy, Delicious Mango Kulfi

The Sinful Mango season is on and this will inspire many of you  to make different mango medleys. This is  my favourite fruit   and I know many will agree that it’s theirs too. Just the aroma of ripe mangos makes many drool. In India it’s a seasonal fair so everybody indulges in this king of fruits as many months as it is available.

We make different items out of it. Here I have made this awesome and super tasty Fresh mango Kulfi, yes mango kulfi but its different. It is Jhatpat Kulfi  which is also very simple and easy to make swiftly as you dont need any cooking besides that It need just  very few ingredients and is very easy to make. When I brought the mangoes the other day from the market I was thinking when I  with my family should eat it. but then I thought of making this super tasty super easy Kulfi .Which finished off in minutes and also liked by my family . I am sure it will be a hit with the kids. And as the summer holidays are on and the kids are at home to demand their favorites …this is definitely one thing they will keep on asking for one one more... one more bow... Do try this awesome Kulfi and I am sure there is no better treat than a chilled kulfi in this scorching heat.

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Mango Pulp 
2 Tb spoon Condensed Milk (I milk)
1 Tb spoon  fresh Cream
1 Tb spoon Cardamom Powder
Few Strands of Saffron

METHOD
Blend mango pulp, condensed milk and cream, till they combine well.
Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well. Taste and adjust accordingly. Add sugar if required.
Pour into mould and let it freeze for about 8-10 hours. decorate with Strands of Saffron  
Now, sit back, relax and enjoy your creamy yummy mango kulfi !!
