Kedar Sharma director who introduced rajkapoor, madhubala, to film industry

New delhi 28-04-2019,(sunil kumar ,VNI) Kedar Sharma (Born  on 12 April 1910  and  died on  29 April 1999) was an Indian film director, producer, screenwriter, and Lyricist of Hindi films. He made some  of  the  great movies ,which  hindi film industry is proud of ,It is because of his  guidance  and blessings ,greats like   Geeta BaliMadhubalaRaj KapoorMala SinhaBharat Bhushan and Tanuja were well known names.  

His two most significant works, Banwre Nain (Crazy Eyes) and Jogan (The Female Mendicant) set the stage for Indian cinema's golden period of the 1950s.

JOGAN -A box office success, the film became the fourth highest earning film of 1950, earning an approximate gross of Rs. 1,12,00,000 and a net of Rs.62,00,000.[1]

Banwre Nain -The film was a success and is cited as a "classic", with special mention for Sharma's  great  lyrics. Roshan's music, was also great in this film .
