Sir John Tenniel was Born: 28 February 1820, Bayswater, London, United Kingdom. Sir John Tenniel was an English illustrator, graphic humorist, and political cartoonist prominent in the second half of the 19th century. He was knighted for his artistic achievements in 1893. Todays Google Doodle is also dedicated to to Sir John Tenniel.
