New delhi 26 May,(sunil kumar/VNI) Sunil Dutt,died May 25, 2005, Mumbai,He was an  actor, producer, director, social activist, and politician. While he continued to act until the time of his death, he assumed other offscreen roles in the film industry and also became involved in politics and with various social issues.He contributed a lot to social  causes .He was a politician who was respected by  all.He was awarded padam shri for his services .
