New Delhi, 25 OCT, (VNI) Sudhakar Prabhu, proprietor of a quaint tea establishment in the historic precincts of Fort Kochi, has recently garnered widespread attention on the digital realm owing to his striking resemblance to the iconic actor. A viral video showcases Mr. Prabhu donning casual attire, engaging in conversation with acquaintances, all the while effortlessly emulating the actor's distinctive gestures.
This footage, disseminated by a user with the handle @despoters_12345 on X, rapidly gained traction online. It's worth noting that it was the discerning eye of Malayalam actor-director Nadirshah, during his sojourn in Fort Kochi for a film shoot, that initially brought to light Mr. Prabhu's uncanny likeness to the Thalaivaa.
Nadirshah took to Facebook to express his astonishment, stating, ''Astounding! Sudhakara Prabhu of Fort Kochi, bearing an uncanny resemblance. Despite his genteel nomenclature, he diligently mans a tea shop.'' He appended this proclamation with a series of photographs.
In the wake of this digital revelation, Mr. Prabhu has found himself extending his presence to a multitude of events and gatherings throughout Kerala. Intriguingly, last year saw the internet ablaze with images of Rehmat Gashkori, a retired civil servant from Pakistan, who bore an extraordinary likeness to the revered film star. Gashkori's realization of his resemblance to the beloved Indian icon was sparked by comments from colleagues likening him to Rajinikanth. Observers marveled at how his mannerisms, coiffure, and gait echoed those of Thalaivar.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth has embarked on the production of his 170th cinematic venture, slated to be a socially impactful entertainer. The celluloid luminary was last featured in "Jailer," helmed by Nelson, which enjoyed significant box-office success following its August release.
The seasoned actor expressed his elation, deeming the film a "triumph beyond all expectations." Rajinikanth's upcoming projects encompass an untitled venture with Lokesh Kanagaraj, in addition to his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth's "Lal Salaam."
