Method:
In a deep pan put one teaspoon ghee. And 2 tablespoon of butter. Let it melt.
Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
1 or 2 chopped green chillies (optional).
Cook for a minute Then add
turmeric powder, coriander powder
and a little more powder. (Cumin).
Add 2 fine chopped tomatoes and salt to taste.
Add Finely chopped green and red capsicum.
Add to tomato paste.
Cover and cook for 6 minutes on very slow flame.
Finally add 200 Gms crumbled paneer and mix everything together till paneer heats through!
Tip:Paneer should only be heated, not cooked long, because it will become hard.
Garnish with chopped coriander) leaves.
