His passion for storytelling was deeply ingrained, inherited from his father, the iconic thespian Prithviraj Kapoor. He stepped into the spotlight in 1947 with the film Neel Kamal, but it was Barsaat (1949) that established him as a cinematic icon, cementing his legacy as a creative force.
